Junior Tour of Northern California Crowns Winners During Fall Series X Championship at Ridge Creek Golf Club
PEBBLE BEACH, Calif. (October 22nd, 2025) – The 2025-2026 Junior Tour of Northern California (JTNC) hosted its tenth event of the season and crowned champions during the Fall Series X Championship at Ridge Creek Golf Club in Dinuba.
Nakul Shrivastava and Anita Lumpongpoung both win their respective flights, with the course playing to a par-72 for both flights - Boys at 6,872 yards and Girls at 6,092 yards.

In the Boy’s Championship flight, Nakul Shrivastava wins his first tournament of the 2025-2026 JTNC season posting rounds of 68-69 to win by two shots. Nakul was off to a quick start during round one as he picked up steam on the back-nine, carding four bridies for a final nine-hole score of 32 and turning in a scorecard of 4-under 68. Round two followed a similar trend as the San Ramon talent went 34-35 with a total of six birdies, Nakul finished the weekend with twelve birdies and final round of 3-under 69. Fall Series X is Nakul's second medal of the season after a second place finish at Fall Series VIII, he currently ranks 2nd on the JTNC Boys Player of the Year standings.

Runner-up was awarded to William Keszler of Carmel with rounds of 68-71 for a total of 5-under par 139. William carded seven birdies and capped off his weekend with a superb bogey free first round of 68! Third place went to Jacob Garibaldi after a card-off was needed, Garibaldi and local talent Jacob Watney were the pair tied at 3-under 141. Garibaldi ultimately took the final medal spot after his final round of 68 was enough to see out Watney's 71, this is Garibaldi's first medal of the 2025-2026 season. Watney takes fourth place with rounds of 70-71 as he continues to retain his 1st place ranking in the JTNC Boys Player of the Year race.

In the Girls’ Championship flight, Anita Lumpongpoung wins her third tournament of the 2025-2026 JTNC season by a total of three shots over the Girls field. Anita did not hold back during play of the opening round where she fired off a bogey free 6-under 66 that included six birdies! Anita's dominating performance throughout the first day gave her a healthy buffer for the remainder of the tournament, allowing her to coast across the finish line with a 1-over 73 during round two. Anita is currently ranked 2nd on the JTNC Girls Player of the Year standings, 200 points shy of Cathy Zhang, looking to add more dominating performances like this one to her portfolio.

Runner-up went to the above mentioned Cathy Zhang of San Ramon, Cathy turned in rounds of 69-73 for a total score of 2-under 142. Cathy also had seven birdies over the 36-hole event, this is Cathy's sixth medal of the season. Third place ended in a card-off after Bella Fontes and Diya Kumar were tied at even par 144, in the end Bella Fontes prevailed earning her first medal of the season. Bella had rounds of 71-73 including nine birdies, her final nine-holes of 4-under 32 is what separated her from Diya Kumar in the card-off.
